When can I buy pottery from New Earth?

Shop updates happen 3 or 4 times a year. I aim for one a season. The shop will stay open for about a week or until it sells out. This gives me enough time to ship work and make new work before the next sale.

Which ceramics will be available to purchase?

There will usually be serveware, vases, some dinnerware, and some odds and ends! Newsletter subscribers will receive a full preview of the sale via email over day before everyone else.

How much do your ceramics cost?

Cups are generally in the $30-$50 range, vases and serving pieces are generally in $60-$90 depending on size, complexity, etc. Pieces that are large and take extra materials and time can cost $100-$200.

How does shipping work?

Shipping is to the US only. Shipping fees are a flat $10 per item for the first item and $2 per additional item. I'll package and ship all orders the week after the sale, so you can expect to get yours 2-3 weeks after purchase.

What about returns?

If your order is damaged in the mail, please send me pictures right away, and I’ll get you a refund. I don’t offer other types of refunds at this time.
